All of our merchandise is shipped from Canada and may incur fees and duties.

We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees incurred so please be mindful that large orders can be subject to import fees upon delivery.

We're happy to initiate a return as long as you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please ship the item back to us at your expense. Securely package your return and send it to our warehouse at:

We recommend using a tracked shipping option to ensure delivery confirmation and tracking. We cannot refund you if your item is lost in the mail. Once we receive your item and verify it is in good, new condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
